Security Grab Bars

ecurity grab bars are designed to prevent suicides and therefore are recommended for prisons and psychiatric facilities.
The grab bars are theft-resistant and cannot be removed from the wall easily and then used as a weapon. The tubing is welded at a
S 7° angled slope so that any material thrown around the bar will tend to slide off. Type 304 stainless steel satin finish 16 gauge tubing
is available in 1 ⁄4" or 1 ⁄2" (32 or 38mm). 16 gauge sheet (1.7mm) extends from underside of the grab bar to the wall, welded on three sides.
